I want to get real with you about the story behind High Frequency Tea.
This wasn’t just a creative venture for me – it was a calling. It was a journey that required every ounce of my being, but I knew that I had to bring something to the world that would shift our old way of living into something more balanced and aligned with feminine energy and self-reverence. This is why I poured my heart and soul into these teas.
In March of 2022, I had an incredible experience where I received channelled information about four geometric shapes that had corresponding ingredients, colours, sounds, frequencies. As I was studying for my Tea Blending Diploma and completing my Seichim Reiki training at the time, it occurred to me to use this amazing information to blend teas that would support the physical body’s shift to a different vibration.
I strongly believe that the way we approach our daily lives needs to change, and it all starts with aligning our personal energy. This is precisely what High Frequency Tea is designed to do. By incorporating these teas into your daily ritual, you can raise your vibration and align yourself with the energy of abundance, flow, direction, or presence.

tea lover, HOLISTIC Energy Healer and Kinesiologist
She’s a wellness enthusiast who discovered her love for tea after kicking her coffee habit. With a Diploma in Tea and Seichim Reiki training under her belt, Tara channelled sacred geometry symbols that inspired the creation of the high-frequency range you see today. After personally experiencing the transformative effects of these teas, she believes in the power of aligning our bodies with their frequencies to bring abundance, direction, flow, and presence.
As a business owner herself, Tara knows the importance of prioritising self-care and alignment on the path to personal fulfillment and inner balance. Her compassionate and intuitive approach to healing, along with her Diploma in Kinesiology and Holistic Energy Healing, helps clients identify and release energy blocks that may be holding them back.
